Uncharted

The Uncharted Brewing Company was founded by Irishman Diarmuid Reidy, who wanted more out of life than the standard 9-5. We are located in the small town of Eslöv, in the southernmost part of Sweden (my wife's Swedish, that's why).

We are producing on an old style single step infusion brewery. We believe less is more so there are no preservatives or colourings and we don't filter our beers to make sure they taste as they are intended.

It's our belief that beer should be uncomplicated and easy to drink.
