Thirsty Hippo is a Coriander Amber Ale with hints of orange and lemon flavours and a gentle bitterness, brewed using two types of malt, coriander seeds and adventurous English hops to create a gentle body. To round out the tropical flavour profile it is dry hopped with a combination of New World hops.
Drink it nicely chilled on a warm summer day, perhaps with something spicy, salads or why not a BBQ?
